At Stop And Shop, "It's Time To Make The Donuts"

This past week, three Dunkin' franchisee locations in Stop and Shop stores in Massachusetts and Connecticutt were converted from full-serve to self-serve formats. These stores are testing the self-serve format with the goal of improving the bottom line at these locations. A reduction in labor requirements, along with a new streamlined menu offering should reduce operating costs while still providing Stop and Shop customers with fresh, convenient donuts and coffee.

These stores all feature durable Royston counters, and were quickly and professionally installed by Royston's field services teams.

Pit Stop

Travelers in Florida now have 6 new locations to stop for their favorite coffee and delectable donuts as of this week, when Royston installed temporary sales centers for a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee at travel plazas along the Florida Turnpike.

The previous vendor exited the plazas, and the pressure was on to get the Dunkin' Franchisee's new sites up and selling, fufilling travelers' needs and generating income. Temporary 'stores' were set up in the plazas, because over the coming months, these plazas are being remodeled or razed and rebuilt entirely. The counters for these six locations were manufactured, coordinated, delivered and installed by Royston. The installations were all performed in a single day, to minimize costs and to get the locations earning profits as quickly as possible.

The project, which earned praise from the local Dunkin' teams, again illustrated Royston's commitment to support their customer and keep "America Running on Dunkin'."

"Top" Quality - Royston Invests in Stone Fabrication

This month, Royston's stone top manufacturing cell began producing countertops for Dunkin' and Hess stores.

This capability was brought in house to ensure the utmost quality and on-time delivery for Dunkin Donuts' agressive remodel programs.

Our crews have been certified for CaesarStone top fabrication, and the first stores began shipping last week.
